On Monday, December 26, 2022, at approximately 1140 hours, a male individual engaged in a verbal dispute with a 26-year-old male victim inside of a residential building located in the vicinity of West 205th Street and 10th Avenue. As the dispute turned physical, the individual displayed a firearm and fired multiple gunshots in the direction of the victim striking him in the neck and back.
