GREEN BAY, WI-Green Bay Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers was perhaps just one of many taunting and ridiculing New Jersey Governor Chris Christie’s football infatuation with the Dallas Cowboys and his bromance with team owner Jerry Jones.
In the first quarter, inside the Cowboys’ redzone, Rodgers called a play, “New York Bozo” which sent running back Eddie Lacey up the middle for a first down on 2nd and 2.
It’s not sure if Rodgers was referring to Christie, but if he wasn’t, Wisconsin Governor Scott Walker was when he asked the Governor if he needed a hug. It was a veiled reference to the awkward man hugs the Governor threw around Jones’ skybox in last week’s game against the Detroit Lions.
