A dramatic police chase unfolded on the New Jersey Turnpike near exit 13A, culminating in a crash that was captured in new video footage released Friday.
The incident began Thursday when troopers identified a truck that was wanted for fleeing a traffic stop and for ramming a police cruiser.
The chase escalated when the driver of the truck maneuvered across the median, collided with a guardrail, and eventually overturned on the Turnpike in Union County. Officers quickly surrounded the vehicle as the situation came to a halt.
