CHAMBERSBURG, PA – The Chambersburg Police Department issued an arrest warrant for Jose Manuel Lopez II today, who is wanted for rape.
The incident allegedly took place in the 200 block of E McKinley St, Chambersburg.
Authorities are urging anyone with information on Lopez’s whereabouts to contact the Chambersburg Police Department.
