COLUMBIA, PA – On Monday, 23-year-old Jordan Parker was charged with strangulation, criminal mischief, and simple assault in Columbia, Pennsylvania.

The incident occurred in the 200 block of South Eighth Street, and an officer with the Columbia Borough Police Department filed charges against Parker.

The incident happened shortly before 1pm.
