COLUMBUS, OH- The Columbus Police Department is investigating a shooting that took place on Wednesday night.
Officers responded to Nationwide Children’s Hospital on a report of a walk-in shooting victim. He suffered gunshot wounds to the leg.
“The victim stated he was driving southbound on I-71 between 11th Avenue and 5th Avenue when an unknown suspect shot into his vehicle, striking him in the leg,” according to police.
