Connecticut State Police Seek Information on Ulta Store Larceny

Lisbon, CT – On May 11, 2024, at approximately 8:25 PM, Connecticut State Police from Troop E in Montville responded to a report of a larceny at the Ulta store on River Road. Three individuals entered the store and stole over $4,000 worth of merchandise before fleeing the scene in a gray Honda Civic with New Jersey plates: Z94UCV.
