WASHINGTON, D.C. – The Washington, D.C. Metro Police Department is investigating a robbery (pickpocket) and credit card fraud offense which took place on May 22nd. This incident happened on the1300 block of Wisconsin Avenue in Northwest, D.C.
According to detectives, “At approximately 1:00 pm, the suspect approached the victim at the listed location. The suspect took property from the victim and then fled the scene. The credit card that was taken in this offense was used at a local business.”
A nearby surveillance camera captured the suspect.
