D.C. Shooting Leaves Man Injured, Police Seek Black Nissan Altima

WASHINGTON, DC – A man was injured in a shooting on the 2700 block of Pennsylvania Avenue in Southeast D.C. yesterday morning, and investigators are searching for a black Nissan Altima linked to the incident.

Officers responded to the area around 11:15 a.m. after receiving reports of a shooting. The injured man was located and subsequently transported to a local hospital for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries.

Investigators described a possible suspect as a Black male driving a black Nissan Altima.

The vehicle was reportedly followed by another car, for which there is currently no description. Authorities are urging anyone with information to contact the police at 202-727-9099 or to send a text message to the TEXT TIP LINE at 50411.
