Portnoy and Barstool Sports have launched the Barstool Sports Sports Book near Center City. With his expansion into Philadelphia and Pennsylvania, Portnoy has been scumbagging it up around the city, reviewing cheesesteaks and pizza.

Yesterday, he visited the new Pizzata Pizzeria and showed some brotherly love giving it an 8.1, a near-impossible feat on the Portnoy pizza scale.
