Washington, DC – A series of stolen vehicle and unauthorized use of a vehicle cases across the District led to numerous arrests over a seven-day span, with suspects ranging from juveniles to adults taken into custody in neighborhoods throughout the city.

The arrests stem from incidents reported between Friday and Thursday, with offenses occurring in Northeast, Southeast, Northwest, and Southwest Washington. Charges include Theft One involving stolen autos and Unauthorized Use of a Vehicle, according to information released Saturday.

On Friday, a 16-year-old juvenile male from Southeast was arrested in connection with a stolen vehicle case in the 300 block of 17th Place NE. That same day, 31-year-old Sammarra Adgerson of Northeast was arrested for unauthorized use of a vehicle on K Street SE, while 18-year-old Antonio Sinclair of Northwest was arrested for a similar offense on Franklin Street NE.

Additional arrests followed Sunday, including 50-year-old Dwaine Allison of Bethesda, Maryland, and 20-year-old Omar Ward, who has no fixed address. Both were charged with unauthorized use of a vehicle following incidents in Southeast and Northwest DC.

On Monday, officers arrested 27-year-old Isaiah Moore and 44-year-old Shakira Lasisi, both charged with unauthorized use of a vehicle in separate Southeast locations.

Tuesday saw two arrests tied to the same incident in the 1400 block of Cedar Street SE, involving a 15-year-old juvenile male and 19-year-old Kamiyah Wynn, both from Southeast.

On Wednesday, a 19-year-old woman and a 14-year-old juvenile female were arrested following an unauthorized vehicle case on U Street SE.

The final arrests occurred Thursday in Northeast DC, where 20-year-old Christian Williams of Southeast and 20-year-old Joseph Stanback of Southwest were both charged with unauthorized use of a vehicle on South Dakota Avenue NE.

All cases remain under investigation.
