Deadly Shooting Under Investigation in Harrisburg

HARRISBURG, PA – A tragic shooting incident on the first block of South 15th Street in Harrisburg led to the deaths of two men and injuries to several others. The Harrisburg Police Bureau is currently conducting an ongoing homicide investigation following the events that unfolded on the evening of Tuesday, May 21, 2024.

At approximately 8:30 PM, officers responded to reports of gunfire and discovered two adult male victims and one adult female victim with gunshot wounds. All three were quickly transported to a local hospital for emergency care. Tragically, both male victims succumbed to their injuries.

Later that evening, another male victim, who had sustained non-life-threatening gunshot wounds, arrived at the scene and was also taken to the hospital. Additionally, another female victim presented herself at a local hospital with non-life-threatening gunshot injuries.
