Do you recognize him? NYPD investigating Midtown slasher

NEW YORK, NY – The New York City Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in identifying an individual involved in an assault within the Midtown North Precinct. On Tuesday, at around 7:23 pm, the unknown individual engaged in a verbal dispute with a 28-year-old male victim inside 718 11th Avenue.

The suspect then slashed the victim’s right side of the face and fled southbound on 11th Avenue on a motorized scooter. The victim was transported to a nearby hospital by EMS in stable condition.
