Drug Task Force Raid Yields Five Arrests in Poughkeepsie

Poughkeepsie, NJ – A narcotics investigation by the Dutchess County District Attorney’s Office Drug Task Force led to arrests at 7 Jones Street in the Town of Poughkeepsie following complaints about drug activity and overdoses. On Friday, Drug Task Force Agents purchased fentanyl and cocaine at the location, concluding in the arrest of five individuals.

Joseph Napolitano, 35, was apprehended for selling fentanyl and cocaine on multiple occasions. Napolitano faced charges of Criminal Possession and Sale of a Controlled Substance in the 3rd Degree, which are class B felonies. He was later arraigned and released, ordered to report to probation.

The other four individuals arrested included Atrayu Felix, 29, Shane Turner, 31, and Jasmine English, 19, all wanted by the New York State Police for narcotics-related offenses. They were turned over to the state police. Robert Cann, 30, wanted by the NYS Parole, was taken to Dutchess County Jail.
