STAFFORD, NJ – A tragic motor vehicle collision occurred on Route 539 near milepost 11.5, resulting in the death of a Browns Mills resident. The Stafford Township Police Department reported to the scene at 9:00 am on Tuesday.
The victim, identified as 30-year-old Gogi Jailava, was driving a 2008 Toyota Yaris southbound when he reportedly lost control, causing the vehicle to veer off the road and collide with a tree. Stafford EMS promptly responded, transporting Jailava to Southern Ocean Medical Center. Unfortunately, he succumbed to his injuries at the hospital.
