Four held without bail after brutal home invasion attack in Lakewood
TOMS RIVER, N.J. — Four individuals were arrested following a violent home invasion in Lakewood that left one victim bloodied and battered after being attacked with a baseball bat and fists, according to court documents released on Wednesday.
Celso Rivera Rivera, Blanca Elizabeth Rivera Rivera, Jose Rivera Rivera, and Corbin Osmin Quintanilla-Bueso — who also goes by the alias Brayan Antonio Trejo-Pineda — were arrested July 6 and charged with multiple crimes including burglary-home invasion, aggravated assault, criminal restraint, criminal mischief, and making a death threat.

Authorities say that on July 5, the suspects entered a fenced-in backyard of a Lakewood residence without permission, and one of them struck the victim with a baseball bat, then assaulted him further with his hands.
The victim suffered swelling to his forearm, bruises, lacerations, and abrasions across his body.
“I will be back and I am going to kill you,”
According to the criminal complaint obtained through an Open Public Records request by Shore News Network, the attack involved dragging the victim from his backyard to the driveway while making violent threats. After the initial assault, the defendant allegedly told the victim, “I will be back and I am going to kill you,” and later returned with the bat to resume the attack.
Two of the suspects — Celso Rivera Rivera and Corbin Quintanilla-Bueso — are under active immigration detainers filed by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, jail records confirmed.
All four suspects have since been released from the Ocean County Jail.
The Ocean County Prosecutor’s Office has not released further details about the investigation.
