Four lucky Powerball tickets sold across New York

Powerball winners in Brooklyn Clifton Park Nanuet and Rochester share $200K

NEW YORK – The New York Lottery announced that four third-prize Powerball tickets, each worth $50,000, were sold for the August 18 drawing at retailers in Brooklyn, Clifton Park, Nanuet, and Rochester.

The winning tickets were purchased at Pacific Liquor Store on Pacific Street in Brooklyn, Stewart’s Shops on Route 9 in Clifton Park, Quick Chek on Route 59 in Nanuet, and Wegmans on Mt. Read Boulevard in Rochester.

Powerball drawings are held three times a week — every Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday at 10:59 p.m. Players have up to one year from the drawing date to claim prizes.

The New York Lottery contributed $3.6 billion to support public schools in the 2024–2025 fiscal year.
