Javar Dejuan Geter, whose charges include one count of murder, was apprehended and booked into the Dauphin County Booking Facility, where he is awaiting arraignment. In addition to murder, Geter faces one count of carrying a firearm without a license, a third-degree felony, and one count of recklessly endangering another person, a second-degree misdemeanor.
