$50,000 Powerball ticket sold at Price Chopper in Loudonville

Loudonville, NY – A lucky Powerball player in Albany County is holding a ticket worth $50,000 after matching four white balls and the red Power Ball in the November 10 drawing, the New York Lottery announced.

The winning third-prize ticket was sold at the Price Chopper supermarket located at 475 Albany Shaker Road in Loudonville. The winner has not yet come forward to claim the prize.

The Powerball drawing was held Monday night at 10:59 p.m., with numbers selected from one to 69 for the white balls and one to 26 for the red Power Ball. Matching four white numbers plus the red Power Ball qualifies for the third-tier $50,000 prize.

The New York Lottery, the most profitable lottery in North America, contributed $3.6 billion to public education in the state during fiscal year 2024–2025.

Winners have one year from the date of the drawing to claim their prize. Players are encouraged to sign the back of their ticket and keep it in a safe place until they’re ready to redeem it.
