HARRISBURG, PA – On this Thursday, David Mota faced Judge Scott Arthur Evans and pleaded guilty to patronizing a prostitute.

The incident, which occurred in March, involved Mota offering money in exchange for sexual acts.

The case, investigated by the Dauphin County Human Trafficking Task Force and the Harrisburg Bureau of Police, resulted in a mandatory fine of $2,500 for Mota.

The Dauphin County Human Trafficking Task Force emphasized the prevalence of trafficking within the context of prostitution.

They ask to those in need of assistance or wishing to report trafficking to contact the relevant hotlines.
