Sales recorded between June 1 and June 3 ranged from affordable adult-community residences to newly built luxury homes topping $850,000.

Another top sale occurred at 8 Moss Haven Way, where a five-bedroom residence changed hands for $850,000 after 12 days on the market. Despite selling 5% below list price, the home achieved one of the highest sale prices recorded during the opening days of June.
Several homes attracted competitive offers
Buyers continued to compete for move-in-ready properties throughout the township. A three-bedroom home at 16 Regina Drive sold for $650,000 after only nine days on the market, closing 2% above asking price.
Meanwhile, 7 Marl Road in nearby Farmingdale sold for $500,000 after 21 days on the market, finishing 5% above its listing price.
The strongest seller performance came from Netty Street, where buyers pushed the final sales price well beyond the original asking amount.
Luxury and new construction remain active

Other notable sales included 18 Claire Circle, which closed for $618,000, and 402 Brookview Court, which sold for $340,000.
