TOMS RIVER, N.J. – Ocean County officials confirmed that an inmate identified as Angel NMN Pacheco has been in custody since November 12, following his commitment to the Ocean County Jail.
The inmate, who also goes by the alias Miguel Pacheco, remains held on a $5,000 bond with a 10 percent option, according to county jail records.
A detainer has been issued against Pacheco by U.S. Immigration authorities, listed under case number MLN 2611000140.
Details of the arrest have not yet been released at this time.
