The winner, identified as Joaquin, purchased the lucky ticket at Island Variety, located at 722 Dearborn Avenue in Toledo. After mandatory federal and state tax withholdings, Joaquin will receive approximately $108,000.

Monopoly Bonus Spectacular 100X is a $20 scratch-off game that offers a top prize of $40,000 a year for 25 years. The Ohio Lottery reported that, as of April 24, eight top prizes remain available in its Monopoly 200X scratch-off, along with several other major prizes across the game series.
