LAKEWOOD, NJ — A late-night apartment fire displaced several families in Lakewood on Saturday, prompting emergency evacuations but fortunately resulting in no injuries, authorities said.

The Lakewood Police Department received reports of a residential structure fire at 956 E. County Line Road, Apartment 3, around 10:11 p.m. on April 26, 2025. Residents from apartments 1 through 5 were evacuated as firefighters responded to the scene.
