Jackson All-Stars 8u Dominate Holbrook in Youth Baseball Showdown

JACKSON, NJ – In a commanding performance, the Jackson All-Stars 8u defeated the Holbrook 8u All-Stars 13-0 on Thursday, showcasing their dominance early in the game. The Jackson team ignited their offense in the first inning, spurred by a series of impactful hits including a double by Noah Z that drove in two runs.

Continuing their momentum into the second inning, Jackson extended their lead with contributions from Corbin H, Nicholas H, and Jordan S, each adding to the scoreboard. Nicholas H also shined on the mound, pitching over one and two-thirds innings, allowing no hits and runs while striking out five.

Devin J started for Holbrook but struggled, yielding five runs and four hits in just two-thirds of an inning. Noah Z earned a save for his team, capping a stellar all-around game.

Offensively, Jackson was unstoppable, accumulating 11 hits. Nicholas H led the charge with three RBIs, going 1-for-2 at the plate. Tyler K and Luca C each added two hits. The team also demonstrated discipline at the plate, drawing a total of 12 walks.

Defensively, Jackson was flawless, committing no errors. Tyler K was notably active in the field, handling the most chances with five.

Looking ahead, Jackson All-Stars 8u is set to face Toms River East 8u All Stars on Monday.
