JACKSON, NJ – Excitement filled the halls at the Jackson Township 5-6 School as students and staff celebrated the unveiling of the school’s new Den System, a program designed to strengthen teamwork, foster community, and spark friendly competition.
The initiative introduces four new houses — Shadowclaw, Moonclaw, Ironclaw, and Stormclaw — each serving as a “den” where students can build bonds across grades and classrooms. The system aims to create meaningful connections while encouraging school spirit through collaborative challenges and activities.
Principal Debra Phillips, along with Assistant Principals Melissa Lambert and Marcus Villecco, led the rollout with support from faculty and staff who helped design and organize the program. Their efforts mark the beginning of what the school hopes will become a lasting tradition focused on unity and pride.
