The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance in locating a 17-year-old Missing Juvenile Finalashea Houser. She was last seen on Thursday, October 28th, 2021, on the 58XX block of North Howard Street.
She is 5’0″, 170 lbs heavy build, black long hair, brown eyes, medium brown complexion and tattoo on the left hand. She was last seen wearing a blue bubble jacket, black t-shirt, black pants and black furry slides. She could be in the area of 65XX block of North Broad Street around Queen Court Apartments.
