KENNETT SQUARE, PA – Daniel Rizzolo, a 42-year-old resident of Folcroft, PA, was arrested on December 3, for Simple Assault, Harassment, and Disorderly Conduct.
The incident occurred at approximately 5:27 PM in the 300 Block of S. Broad Street, Kennett Square Borough.
Rizzolo allegedly struck a female, causing minor swelling. He was processed and held for arraignment at Chester County Prison, following his transport to Central Booking.
The case is pending a preliminary hearing.
