COLUMBIA, PA – On April 12, 2023, Sidney Dewayne Cox, a 31-year-old Lancaster resident, was arrested for retail theft after stealing a necklace valued at approximately $40 from a business in the 400 block of Locust Street in Columbia, Pennsylvania.
The Columbia Borough Police Department filed charges against Cox based on the incident.
Cox is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
