Charleston, WV – A Little Caesars employee has been charged with shooting at a man through the restaurant’s drive-thru window. Jahtique Farmer, 21, faces a charge of malicious wounding following the incident on Thursday evening.

The incident began when Farmer exited the Patrick Street Plaza location to speak with another employee. According to reports, the man outside the restaurant’s drive-thru was staring at Farmer, prompting an emotional response from the worker.

The other employee retrieved a gun from Farmer’s vehicle and handed it to him. The two men then re-entered the restaurant.

The victim remained at the drive-thru while Farmer approached and allegedly shouted at him. Witnesses state that Farmer accused the man of wanting to kill him before firing three shots.

One bullet struck the man in the face and another near his rib cage. He was reportedly in stable condition after driving himself to the hospital.

Farmer was arrested the following day and is currently in custody at the South Central Regional Jail. The relationship between Farmer and the victim remains unclear.
