Middletown, PA – A Pennsylvania Lottery player in Delaware County is celebrating a $50,000 win after purchasing a winning ticket in the seventh weekly drawing of the New Year’s Millionaire Raffle.
The lucky ticket — number 00393134 — was sold at Pavithra & Nissi Enterprises Inc. (Sunoco) on Township Line Road in Upper Chichester Township. It was selected from more than 84,500 tickets sold between December 16 and December 22.
This $50,000 prize is part of a limited-time weekly drawing series leading up to the January 3 final drawing, where top prizes, including $1 million, will be awarded.
Winners of the $50,000 weekly drawing must claim their prize in person at a Pennsylvania Lottery office. These prizes cannot be redeemed by mail or at a retailer. All players are encouraged to hold onto their tickets for the final Millionaire Raffle drawing, as tickets can win in both rounds.
The Pennsylvania Lottery also reminds players that lottery products are intended for adults and encourages responsible play during the holiday season.
