Man, 26, Attacked and Robbed on Queens 7 Train

QUEENS, N.Y. — The NYPD is requesting the public’s help in identifying two suspects wanted in connection with a robbery at the 52 Street subway station on Wednesday, September 11. The incident occurred around 5:40 p.m. after a 26-year-old man exited a northbound 7 train.

Police reported that the victim was approached by two masked individuals who began punching him before forcibly removing his necklace. The suspects then fled the scene in an unknown direction.

The victim was transported to NYC Health and Hospitals/Elmhurst, where he was treated for minor injuries.

Authorities have not released further descriptions of the suspects and are continuing their investigation.
