Man Ambushed by Gunman Hiding Behind Circle K Dumpsters in Akron

AKRON, OH – A gunman hiding behind a dumpster at Circle K ambushed and shot a man six times on Saturday in Akron.

According to police, on July 23, around 7:30 p.m., the victim was riding a minibike and pulled into the parking lot of the Circle K at 901 Kenmore Boulevard.

“The suspect was hiding behind the dumpsters and opened fire on the victim, shooting him six times. The victim was transported to the hospital and is in serious condition,” police said.
