WALL TOWNSHIP, NJ – On Sunday, Gerardo Pavia Rojas, a 32-year-old resident of Staten Island, was arrested on State Route 138 following a motor vehicle stop by Officer Johan Moreno-Garcia.
Rojas was charged with driving while intoxicated.
After processing, he was released in line with John’s Law.
It’s important to note that every defendant is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
That ensures all trial rights under the United States Constitution and New Jersey State Law.
