Eric Powell has been arrested in connection with the fatal shooting of 46-year-old Joshua L. Williams in Columbus, police said.
According to the Columbus Division of Police, officers responded to reports of gunfire in the 3100 block of Delta Marine Drive around 12:20 a.m. on June 30. Upon arrival, they found Williams suffering from a gunshot wound. He was pronounced dead at 12:46 a.m.
Powell was taken into custody on July 2 for his alleged involvement in the incident.
