Man arrested after exposing himself outside Dorchester Square Mall
CAMBRIDGE, MD – A 40-year-old Linkwood man was arrested after police say he pulled down his pants and exposed himself near a shopping center in Cambridge late Friday morning.
On September 26 at about 11:15 a.m., Cambridge Police officers were called to the Arby’s at Dorchester Square Mall for a report of a lewd act. Witnesses told officers a man appeared agitated before suddenly lowering his pants and exposing his genitals.
Police located the suspect a short time later in the Ace Hardware parking lot on Woods Road. Multiple witnesses confirmed he was the individual involved in the incident.
The suspect, identified as Nicholas Scott Donofrio, initially refused to identify himself but was eventually confirmed and taken into custody. He was charged with disorderly conduct, indecent exposure, and obstructing and hindering.
Donofrio was processed at the Cambridge Police Department and released on a $1,500 unsecured bond.
