BALTIMORE, MD — A deadly shooting in Southeast Baltimore has sparked a homicide investigation after officers discovered a man suffering from a fatal gunshot wound.
Officers responded to the 6100 block of Plantview Way around 3:30 p.m. on February 15 after receiving a report of a shooting. The victim was pronounced dead at the scene by medics.
