CAMBRIDGE, MD – On Monday morning, August 1, CPD Officers were called to the 900 block of Camelia St after reports of a physical altercation.
On arrival, they met Johnnie Lee Caldwell, 55, and Barbara Ann Williams, 59, both residents of Cambridge.
Both parties displayed injuries, with Caldwell alleging he was hit with a broomstick by Williams, while Williams claimed Caldwell had assaulted her over a bank card dispute.
Both individuals were arrested and charged with second-degree assault.
They were later released on their personal recognizance.
