BALTIMORE – On July 13, 2021, at approximately 7:54 a.m., Northern District officers were dispatched to the 400 block Ilchester Avenue to investigate a shooting. Once at the location, officers located a 19-year-old male inside a dwelling suffering from an apparent gunshot wound to the head. Medic transported the victims to an area hospital in critical condition. Northern District Shooting detectives responded to the scene and assumed control over the investigation.
