NEW YORK, NY – Police are still searching for a white male who groped a 28-year-old woman under her skirt on the southbound 1 train near Varick and Franklin. Police said the incident happened on June 2nd at around 5:25 a.m. The suspect placed his hand up a 28 -year-old female skirt & touched her inappropriately.
