March Hit And Run Now a Homicide After Victim Dies


Public Assistance Sought in Baltimore Hit-and-Run Case Leading to Fatality

BALTIMORE, MD – The Baltimore County Police Department is seeking public assistance in locating a driver implicated in a fatal hit-and-run incident. The crash occurred on March 22, at approximately 11:45 p.m. on Windsor Mill Road near Pine Avenue, 21244. George Ness Jr., 52, succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced dead at a local hospital on April 7, at around 11:10 a.m.

The suspect’s vehicle, identified as a beige Hyundai Sonata model years 2006 to 2010, was last seen heading westbound on Windsor Mill Road towards Rolling Road. The Baltimore County Crash Team continues to investigate the circumstances of the crash and urges anyone with information to contact 410-307-2020. Callers may choose to remain anonymous.
