Annapolis, MD – One lucky Maryland Lottery player picked up a $50,000 Powerball win in Tuesday night’s drawing, even as the game’s top prize continues to soar toward historic levels.
Lottery officials said the winning ticket was sold at the Safeway grocery store located at 1781 Forest Drive in Annapolis.
The Nov. 19 winning numbers were 10, 31, 49, 51, and 68, with the red Powerball number 19. The ticket matched four of the five white balls and the Powerball, earning a third-tier $50,000 prize.
No player matched all six numbers in the drawing, pushing the Powerball jackpot for Saturday’s Nov. 22 drawing to an estimated $629 million annuity, or $294.5 million in cash value.
A separate $1 million ticket was sold in New Jersey to a player who matched all five white balls but missed the Powerball.
Maryland winners and unclaimed prizes
The Maryland Lottery reported that 14,779 players across the state won smaller prizes from $4 to $100 in the same drawing. The Annapolis winner joins a growing list of unclaimed large prizes still waiting to be redeemed.
As of this week, there are eight unclaimed Powerball tickets in Maryland worth $50,000 or more, including:

Players have until 10:59 p.m. Saturday to purchase tickets for the next drawing. Winners are urged to sign the back of their tickets immediately and contact Maryland Lottery headquarters to claim prizes.
