Massillon Player Strikes $50K KENO Win

Massillon, OH — A Massillon lottery player has hit a $50,075 jackpot playing KENO.

The lucky winner placed his bet at Fast & Friendly Food Mart, located at 841 Tremont Ave SW in Massillon. After state and federal taxes, which total 28 percent, he will take home $36,054.

KENO, a popular draw game, allows players to win every few minutes by selecting up to 10 numbers from a pool of 80. The results can be watched live on TV monitors at over 1,400 locations across Ohio or through the Ohio Lottery app on mobile devices.

Since its inception in 1974, the Ohio Lottery has contributed more than $32 billion to education.
