WASHINGTON, DC-The raping and sexual assault of children in Afghanistan is a real problem in the Muslim nation and Senator Rand Paul wanted to stop it, or at least slow it down. Paul’s plan was to cut U.S. funding to Afghanistan until the problem is addressed. However, New Jersey Senator Robert Menendez made sure that didn’t happen.
