The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance in locating a 54-year-old Missing Person Shawn Brown. He was last seen at 2:48 P.M., on Monday, April 25, 2022, on the 8XX block of Arch Street.
He is 5’9″, 160 lbs., and brown eyes and was last seen wearing a tan puffy jacket.
