A 15-year-old girl missing since the day after Christmas has been safely found in Brick Township – a half hour from where she’d last been seen, in Barnegat.
Dessie MacHugh was last seen Saturday night, with police asking the public’s help in locating her in recent days. It was unknown where she was headed after her last known sighting, visiting family members in Barnegat from a temporary residence she reportedly kept in Robbinsville.
Earlier in the week, police entered her name and image into the NCIC database for missing individuals.
