Stillwater, NY – A 13-year-old girl who got into an unknown car in Stillwater and disappeared has been found safely after a statewide alert was issued by the New York State Police.
Allison Burns has been located and is safe.
“We would like to thank the public for their assistance,” the NYSP said today.
Burn, 13 was last seen yesterday at approximately 8:30 a.m. outside her home in Stillwater. Police said she got into an blue Honda CRV an unknown person and her family had not seen or heard from her since.
Police credited social media followers for helping them locate the teen.
