MOUNT VERNON, IN – On Thursday, Detective Zach Honecker of the Mount Vernon Police Department apprehended 59-year-old Gregory Caponetto following an investigation into theft by deception.
Caponetto, a resident of Mount Vernon, was subsequently transported to the Monmouth County Correctional Facility.
In a separate incident, Detective John Spinapont brought Kristin G. Arntz, 51, from Beachwood, into custody.
Arntz was accused of shoplifting from the Ulta Beauty Store on State Highway 35.
After being processed, she was released on a summons.
