Murder Suspect Arraigned in New Rochelle

NEW ROCHELLE, NY- The New Rochelle Police Department brought Percell Ross, who is suspected of the murder of Andres Valenzuela, back to New Rochelle Police Headquarters for processing on Thursday afternoon.

Ross was convicted of six charges, including first-degree murder, first-degree robbery, and criminal possession of a weapon.

After being processed, he was transported to Westchester County Courthouse in White Plains for arraignment on these charges.
