New Jersey State Troopers from Bellmawr Station are currently investigating an accident located at 295 NB, MP 26.9 in Bellmawr Boro where a tractor trailer struck the I-76 overpass at 10:38 this morning.
Tanks being hauled by the tractor trailer fell off striking multiple vehicles. Four people have been taken to Cooper Hospital and are being treated for minor injuries. The driver of the tractor trailer has not reported any injuries. At this time, two lanes are open on 295 and one lane is currently open on I-76. DOT is currently on scene.
Expect delays in the area, and plan an alternate route.
